FluentBooking is a appointment scheduling platform. Every FluentCart order should flow into FluentBooking automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to appointment scheduling. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
  • A FluentBooking account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect FluentBooking to AFI

FluentBooking uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → FluentBooking, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to FluentBooking.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select FluentBooking as the destination

Choose FluentBooking from the platform dropdown and pick Create Booking. This creates a booking in FluentBooking.

4. Map fields

Match each FluentBooking field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check FluentBooking to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and date to FluentBooking with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which FluentCart events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is placed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
