How to Send FluentCart Orders to Encompass (ICE Mortgage)

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) is a mortgage platform. FluentCart handles an order is placed on your WordPress site. Encompass (ICE Mortgage) is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Encompass (ICE Mortgage), click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Encompass (ICE Mortgage).

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Encompass (ICE Mortgage) as the destination

Choose Encompass (ICE Mortgage) from the platform dropdown and pick Create Loan. This creates a loan file in Encompass.

4. Map fields

Match each Encompass (ICE Mortgage) field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
