How to Send FluentCart Orders to Dynamics 365 Marketing

Dynamics 365 Marketing is a marketing automation platform. If you want FluentCart orders synced to Dynamics 365 Marketing, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Dynamics 365 Marketing to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Dynamics 365 Marketing.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Dynamics 365 Marketing as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 Marketing from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365 Marketing.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 Marketing field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Dynamics 365 Marketing to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
