How to Send FluentCart Orders to ClinchPad
ClinchPad is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. FluentCart handles an order is placed on your WordPress site. ClinchPad is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need
- A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
- A ClinchPad account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect ClinchPad to AFI
- Log in to your ClinchPad account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ClinchPad.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to ClinchPad.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select ClinchPad as the destination
Choose ClinchPad from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in ClinchPad.
4. Map fields
Match each ClinchPad field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check ClinchPad to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
