How to Send FluentCart Orders to beehiiv

beehiiv is a newsletter platform platform. Every FluentCart order should flow into beehiiv automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
• A beehiiv account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect beehiiv to AFI

1. Log in to your beehiiv account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → beehiiv.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to beehiiv.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select beehiiv as the destination

Choose beehiiv from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to beehiiv.

4. Map fields

Match each beehiiv field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check beehiiv to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
