How to Send FluentCart Orders to Agilecrm

Agilecrm is a platform platform. If you want FluentCart orders synced to Agilecrm, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Agilecrm to AFI

Agilecrm uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Agilecrm, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Agilecrm.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Agilecrm as the destination

Choose Agilecrm from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Agilecrm.

4. Map fields

Match each Agilecrm field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Agilecrm to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
