How to Send FluentCart Orders to Acumbamail
Acumbamail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. FluentCart processes an order is placed beautifully, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Acumbamail.

What you will need
- A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.

Connect Acumbamail to AFI
- Log in to your Acumbamail account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acumbamail.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Acumbamail.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Acumbamail as the destination
Choose Acumbamail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to an Acumbamail list.
4. Map fields
Match each Acumbamail field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Acumbamail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
