How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to LocaliQ

LocaliQ is a lead management platform. Fluent Forms is one of the fastest-growing form plugins for WordPress. LocaliQ is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting Fluent Forms to lead management, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Forms installed and at least one form.
• A LocaliQ account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect LocaliQ to AFI

1. Ask your LocaliQ account team for a Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → LocaliQ.
3. Paste the Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
4. Click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to LocaliQ.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select LocaliQ as the destination

Choose LocaliQ from the platform dropdown and pick Submit Lead. This submits a lead to your LocaliQ intake URL.

4. Map fields

Match each LocaliQ field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check LocaliQ to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
