How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to Jungo

Jungo is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want Fluent Forms submissions in Jungo, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Jungo to AFI

Jungo uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Jungo, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to Jungo.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Jungo as the destination

Choose Jungo from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in Jungo.

4. Map fields

Match each Jungo field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check Jungo to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
