How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to Copernica

Copernica is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Fluent Forms lets you build forms with conditional logic and multi-step layouts, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Copernica.

What you will need

Connect Copernica to AFI

1. Log in to your Copernica account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Copernica.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to Copernica.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Copernica as the destination

Choose Copernica from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Copernica database.

4. Map fields

Match each Copernica field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check Copernica to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
