How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to Cal.com

What you will need

Connect Cal.com to AFI

1. Log in to your Cal.com account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Cal.com.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to Cal.com.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Cal.com as the destination

Choose Cal.com from the platform dropdown and pick Book Event. This creates a booking in Cal.com.

4. Map fields

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test
