How to Send Fluent Forms Submissions to Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Getting Fluent Forms data into Adobe Connect does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Adobe Connect account.

Connect Adobe Connect to AFI

Adobe Connect uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Adobe Connect, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Forms to Adobe Connect.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Adobe Connect as the destination

Choose Adobe Connect from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Meeting. This registers a contact for an Adobe Connect meeting.

4. Map fields

Match each Adobe Connect field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Fluent form and submit. Check Adobe Connect to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
