How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Zoho Books

Zoho Books is an accounting platform for managing finances. Fluent Affiliate runs your affiliate program on WordPress. Zoho Books is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect Zoho Books to AFI

Zoho Books uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Books, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Zoho Books.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Zoho Books as the destination

Choose Zoho Books from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Zoho Books.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Books field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Zoho Books to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
