What you will need

Connect Vtiger to AFI

1. Get your Vtiger URL, username, and Access Key.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Vtiger.
3. Enter the URL, username, and Access Key.
4. Click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Vtiger.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Vtiger as the destination

Choose Vtiger from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Vtiger.

4. Map fields

Match each Vtiger field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Vtiger to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
