How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to SuperOffice

SuperOffice is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Fluent Affiliate affiliate data straight into SuperOffice using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect SuperOffice to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

3. Select SuperOffice as the destination

Choose SuperOffice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in SuperOffice.

4. Map fields

Match each SuperOffice field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check SuperOffice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
