How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Softr

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Softr account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Softr to AFI

1. Log in to your Softr account.
2. Copy your API Key and Domain.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Softr.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Softr.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Softr as the destination

Choose Softr from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates a user in Softr.

4. Map fields

Match each Softr field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Softr to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
