How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Sierra Interactive

Sierra Interactive is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Fluent Affiliate runs your affiliate program on WordPress. Sierra Interactive is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Sierra Interactive account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Sierra Interactive to AFI

1. Log in to your Sierra Interactive account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sierra Interactive.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Sierra Interactive.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Sierra Interactive as the destination

Choose Sierra Interactive from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Sierra Interactive.

4. Map fields

Match each Sierra Interactive field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Sierra Interactive to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
