How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to ServiceM8

ServiceM8 is a field service management platform. Fluent Affiliate runs your affiliate program on WordPress. ServiceM8 is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A ServiceM8 account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect ServiceM8 to AFI

1. Log in to your ServiceM8 account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate API credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceM8.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to ServiceM8.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select ServiceM8 as the destination

Choose ServiceM8 from the platform dropdown and pick Add Job. This creates a job in ServiceM8.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceM8 field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check ServiceM8 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
