How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to ON24

What you will need

Connect ON24 to AFI

1. Log in to your ON24 account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ON24.
4. Paste the API Key and Client Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to ON24.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select ON24 as the destination

Choose ON24 from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Event. This registers a contact for an ON24 event.

4. Map fields

Match each ON24 field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check ON24 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
