How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Mailify

Mailify is a email and SMS marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Fluent Affiliate an affiliate registers or a referral is generated should flow into Mailify automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Mailify account.

Connect Mailify to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailify account.
2. Copy your Account Number and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailify.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Mailify.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Mailify as the destination

Choose Mailify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Mailify.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailify field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Mailify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
