How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Maileon

What you will need

Connect Maileon to AFI

1. Log in to your Maileon account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Maileon.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Maileon.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Maileon as the destination

Choose Maileon from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Maileon.

4. Map fields

Match each Maileon field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Maileon to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
