How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Iterable

Iterable is a marketing automation platform. Fluent Affiliate runs your affiliate program on WordPress. Iterable is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Iterable account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Iterable to AFI

1. Log in to your Iterable account.
2. Go to Settings → API Keys and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Iterable.
4. Enter the API Key and data center, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Iterable.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Iterable as the destination

Choose Iterable from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates or updates a user in Iterable.

4. Map fields

Match each Iterable field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Iterable to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
