How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Field Nation

Field Nation is a field service platform. Fluent Affiliate tracks an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Field Nation.

Connect Field Nation to AFI

Field Nation uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Field Nation, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Field Nation.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Field Nation as the destination

Choose Field Nation from the platform dropdown and pick Create Work Order. This creates a work order in Field Nation.

4. Map fields

Match each Field Nation field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Field Nation to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
