How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Zoho People

Zoho People is a HR platform. Every Everest Forms submission should flow into Zoho People automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Zoho People account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Zoho People to AFI

Zoho People uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho People, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Zoho People.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Zoho People as the destination

Choose Zoho People from the platform dropdown and pick Add Employee. This creates an employee record in Zoho People.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho People field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Zoho People to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
