How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Zoho Books

Zoho Books is an accounting platform for managing finances. Here is how to pipe Everest Forms submissions straight into Zoho Books using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Zoho Books to AFI

Zoho Books uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Books, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Zoho Books.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Zoho Books as the destination

Choose Zoho Books from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Zoho Books.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Books field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test
