How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Salesmate

Salesmate is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Everest Forms makes it easy to build WordPress forms. Everest Forms is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your forms to CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Salesmate account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Salesmate to AFI

1. Log in to Salesmate and go to Setup → API & SDK.
2. Create an API client and copy the credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesmate.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Salesmate.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Salesmate as the destination

Choose Salesmate from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Salesmate.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesmate field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Salesmate to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
