How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Mailify

Mailify is a email and SMS marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. If you want Everest Forms data in Mailify, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Mailify account.

Connect Mailify to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailify account.
2. Copy your Account Number and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailify.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Mailify.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Mailify as the destination

Choose Mailify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Mailify.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailify field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Mailify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
