How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. If you want Everest Forms data in GoToWebinar, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A GoToWebinar account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect GoToWebinar to AFI

GoToWebinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → GoToWebinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to GoToWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select GoToWebinar as the destination

Choose GoToWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a GoToWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each GoToWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check GoToWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
