How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Encompass (ICE Mortgage)

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) is a mortgage platform. Everest Forms lets you create powerful forms, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Encompass (ICE Mortgage).

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.

Connect Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to AFI

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Encompass (ICE Mortgage), click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Encompass (ICE Mortgage).

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Encompass (ICE Mortgage) as the destination

Choose Encompass (ICE Mortgage) from the platform dropdown and pick Create Loan. This creates a loan file in Encompass.

4. Map fields

Match each Encompass (ICE Mortgage) field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
