How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Dynamics 365 Sales
Dynamics 365 Sales is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Everest Forms submission should flow into Dynamics 365 Sales automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
The direct approach
AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to Dynamics 365 Sales. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
- A Dynamics 365 Sales account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Dynamics 365 Sales to AFI
Dynamics 365 Sales uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Sales, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Dynamics 365 Sales.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select Dynamics 365 Sales as the destination
Choose Dynamics 365 Sales from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365 Sales.
4. Map fields
Match each Dynamics 365 Sales field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Dynamics 365 Sales to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Dynamics 365 Sales with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
