How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to CompanyHub

CompanyHub is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Everest Forms submissions straight into CompanyHub using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect CompanyHub to AFI

1. Log in to your CompanyHub account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → CompanyHub.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to CompanyHub.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select CompanyHub as the destination

Choose CompanyHub from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in CompanyHub.
