Connect Real Geeks to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Email Subscribers to Real Geeks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Email Subscribers as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Real Geeks as the destination

Choose Real Geeks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Real Geeks.

4. Map fields

Match each Real Geeks field on the left to the corresponding Email Subscribers field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test
