How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Zoho Sheet

Zoho Sheet is a spreadsheets platform. Elementor Pro Forms comes with powerful design tools but no built-in CRM or email integration. AFI bridges that gap to Zoho Sheet. Here is the full setup.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A Zoho Sheet account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Zoho Sheet to AFI

Zoho Sheet uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Sheet, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Zoho Sheet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Zoho Sheet as the destination

Choose Zoho Sheet from the platform dropdown and pick Add Row. This adds a row to a Zoho Sheet.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Sheet field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Zoho Sheet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
