How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Zendesk

Zendesk is a helpdesk platform. Elementor Pro Forms is one of the most popular form builders for WordPress. Zendesk is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

• A Zendesk account.

Connect Zendesk to AFI

Zendesk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zendesk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Zendesk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Zendesk as the destination

Choose Zendesk from the platform dropdown and pick Create Ticket. This creates a ticket in Zendesk.

4. Map fields

Match each Zendesk field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Zendesk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
