How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan is a field service management platform. Every Elementor Pro Forms submission should flow into ServiceTitan without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A ServiceTitan account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect ServiceTitan to AFI

1. Contact your ServiceTitan account manager for API access.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceTitan.
3. Enter the client ID and secret.
4. Click Save and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to ServiceTitan.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select ServiceTitan as the destination

Choose ServiceTitan from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in ServiceTitan.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceTitan field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check ServiceTitan to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
