How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Salesforce
Salesforce is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Getting Elementor Pro Forms data into Salesforce does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Salesforce. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
- A Salesforce account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Salesforce to AFI
Salesforce uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Salesforce, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Salesforce.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select Salesforce as the destination
Choose Salesforce from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Salesforce.
4. Map fields
Match each Salesforce field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Salesforce to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, company, and phone to Salesforce with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping and lead assignment. No per-submission fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need coding skills?
No. Everything is configured through a visual interface, including field mapping.
Will adding this slow down my form?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the form submission completes. Your visitors see the normal success message without any delay.
Can I connect multiple Elementor forms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each form, or send one form to multiple platforms.
