How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to MailUp

MailUp is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Elementor Pro Forms submission should flow into MailUp without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

Connect MailUp to AFI

MailUp uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → MailUp, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to MailUp.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select MailUp as the destination

Choose MailUp from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to MailUp.

4. Map fields

Match each MailUp field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check MailUp to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
