How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Elementor Pro Forms is one of the most popular form builders for WordPress. GoToWebinar is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A GoToWebinar account.

Connect GoToWebinar to AFI

GoToWebinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → GoToWebinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to GoToWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select GoToWebinar as the destination

Choose GoToWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a GoToWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each GoToWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check GoToWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
