How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Google Tasks

Google Tasks is a task management platform. Elementor Pro Forms is one of the most popular form builders for WordPress. Google Tasks is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A Google Tasks account.

Connect Google Tasks to AFI

Google Tasks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Google Tasks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Google Tasks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Google Tasks as the destination

Choose Google Tasks from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Google Tasks.

4. Map fields

Match each Google Tasks field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Google Tasks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
