How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to EngageBay

EngageBay is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Elementor Pro Forms submission should flow into EngageBay without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A EngageBay account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect EngageBay to AFI

1. Log in to your EngageBay account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → EngageBay.
4. Enter the API Key, email, and name, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to EngageBay.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select EngageBay as the destination

Choose EngageBay from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in EngageBay.

4. Map fields

Match each EngageBay field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check EngageBay to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
