How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Dynamics 365 Field Service

What you will need

Connect Dynamics 365 Field Service to AFI

Dynamics 365 Field Service uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Field Service, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Dynamics 365 Field Service.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Dynamics 365 Field Service as the destination

4. Map fields

6. Save and test
