How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to DocuSign

DocuSign is a document signing platform. Every Elementor Pro Forms submission should flow into DocuSign without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A DocuSign account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect DocuSign to AFI

DocuSign uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → DocuSign, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to DocuSign.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select DocuSign as the destination

Choose DocuSign from the platform dropdown and pick Send Envelope. This creates and sends an envelope in DocuSign.

4. Map fields

Match each DocuSign field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check DocuSign to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
