How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Demio

Demio is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Here is how to pipe Elementor Pro Forms submissions straight into Demio using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A Demio account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Demio to AFI

1. Log in to your Demio account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key and Secret.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Demio.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Demio.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Demio as the destination

Choose Demio from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Demio webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Demio field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Demio to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
