How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Breeze ChMS

Breeze ChMS is a church management platform. Every Elementor Pro Forms submission should flow into Breeze ChMS without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A Breeze ChMS account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Breeze ChMS to AFI

1. Log in to your Breeze ChMS account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Breeze ChMS.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Breeze ChMS.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Breeze ChMS as the destination

Choose Breeze ChMS from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Breeze ChMS.

4. Map fields

Match each Breeze ChMS field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Breeze ChMS to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
