How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Bigin by Zoho

Bigin by Zoho is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Elementor Pro Forms comes with powerful design tools but no built-in CRM or email integration. AFI bridges that gap to Bigin by Zoho. Here is the full setup.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A Bigin by Zoho account.

Connect Bigin by Zoho to AFI

Bigin by Zoho uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Bigin by Zoho, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Bigin by Zoho.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Bigin by Zoho as the destination

Choose Bigin by Zoho from the platform dropdown and pick Create Record. This creates a record in Bigin.

4. Map fields

Match each Bigin by Zoho field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Bigin by Zoho to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
