How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Attio

Attio is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Elementor Pro Forms is one of the most popular form builders for WordPress. Attio is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
• A Attio account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Attio to AFI

Attio uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Attio, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Attio.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Attio as the destination

Choose Attio from the platform dropdown and pick Create Record. This creates a record in Attio.

4. Map fields

Match each Attio field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Attio to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
