How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Apollo.io

Apollo.io is a sales intelligence platform. Every Elementor Pro Forms submission should flow into Apollo.io without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Apollo.io to AFI

1. Log in to your Apollo.io account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Apollo.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Apollo.io.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Apollo.io as the destination

Choose Apollo.io from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Apollo.

4. Map fields

Match each Apollo.io field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Apollo.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
