How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Adobe Campaign

Adobe Campaign is a marketing automation platform. Here is how to pipe Elementor Pro Forms submissions straight into Adobe Campaign using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Adobe Campaign to AFI

Adobe Campaign uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Adobe Campaign, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Adobe Campaign.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Adobe Campaign as the destination

Choose Adobe Campaign from the platform dropdown and pick Create Profile. This creates a profile in Adobe Campaign.

4. Map fields

Match each Adobe Campaign field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Adobe Campaign to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
