How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Acumbamail
Acumbamail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Elementor Pro Forms submission should flow into Acumbamail without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
The direct approach
AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to Acumbamail. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
- A Acumbamail account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Acumbamail to AFI
- Log in to your Acumbamail account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acumbamail.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Acumbamail.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select Acumbamail as the destination
Choose Acumbamail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to an Acumbamail list.
4. Map fields
Match each Acumbamail field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Acumbamail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Acumbamail with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need coding skills?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the form submission completes. Your visitors see the normal success message without any delay.
Can I connect multiple Elementor forms?
