How to Send Easy Digital Downloads Orders to Quickbase

3. Select Quickbase as the destination

Choose Quickbase from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Quickbase.

4. Map fields

Match each Quickbase field on the left to the corresponding Easy Digital Downloads field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain purchases? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync completed payments or specific products.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test purchase in your Easy Digital Downloads store. Check Quickbase to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
